Lake Clarity S2.01: The Frozen Dead Guy

Frozen

Lake Clarity Season 2 is here, and our first episode is all about the Frozen Dead Guy! Never listened before? Don’t worry, you can jump right into Season 2, and listen alongside everyone else.  This season is an all-new story, but, if you’re itching to listen to season 1, why not check out our throwbacks? You can find parts 123, 456, 7, and 8 here!

As we delve into Season 2, we wanted to let you know about some changes. First, and foremost, we will be releasing episodes every other Tuesday, so expect to see Episode 2 on October 10! This season is going to be a little longer than the first, so expect to see us in your feeds for quite some time.

Secondly, if you’re eager to listen, support us on Patreon to get early access to every new episode! While there, you’ll find some opportunities to get Lake Clarity swag, from stickers and patches to signed scripts and one of a kind behind the scenes polaroids! We’ve been working hard to make all this cool stuff available to our fans, and we’re glad we finally can!

And, lastly, I gotta say, after a long summer, we’re ecstatic to be back in the booth! We’re hoping this season will be even better than the first, and to make this happen, we’ve been working alongside Its Teeth to score each episode! You can listen to his kickass score below.

We hope you enjoy our second season and tune in again on October 10!

My name is Sam Parsons, I’m a new radio journalist for Denver Public Radio. My first assignment was to cover Frozen Dead Guy Days, a festival held every year in Nederland Colorado, to celebrate the day that a man, Grandpa Bredo, was discovered “living” in town. Join me as I learn the strange history of Nederland’s frozen citizen.
